Last weekend, or maybe the weekend before, I headed down to visit one of my besties in San Diego. She and her fiance just finished building their house in Mission Beach– it’s literally less than a 2-minute walk to the beach OR the bay! Such a dream. Anyway, they had torn down their existing bungalow a rebuilt a three story modern perch with a rooftop deck and all. But the coolest part is that the entire first floor is completely separate and comes with its own entrance and key when you RENT IT OUT!
