House of Brazier is ONE! 🎉✨

YOU GUYS, House of Brazier officially launched ONE YEAR ago! 🙌🏼🎉✨ Say whhaaat?! It’s been a crazy whirlwind and I’m so proud of what has been accomplished in the last 12 months. My world was rocked just over a year ago – and I’m not talking about Jackson being born! Two weeks before I was supposed to return from maternity leave, I found out I was being let go. Jackson was two and a half months old and I immediately went into problem-solving mode and decided right then and there I was starting my own business and haven’t looked back. It’s definitely not how I would suggest starting a business— the fourth trimester is a whole other beast— but when you have a brand new baby that’s counting on you, you do whatever it takes to make it work 💯💪🏼

It’s been a complete labor of love, long nights of building my website and working on projects, and a lesson in courage and faith. I’ve been so blessed with an incredibly supportive husband who believed in me from the beginning and amazing clients— both old and new— that have reached out, supported, and continued to let me bring their dreams to life. I’m still working on my very first House of Brazier client (because it was such a big project!), but HERE are some portfolios that have been finished in the past year in addition to previous projects! There are more to come and I’m so excited for what the future holds! Because the future is wide open— my creative spirit runs far beyond design and I want to inspire, uplift and make an impact in everything I do. My children’s book that I wrote for Jackson is the tip of the iceberg and I plan on following my heart wherever it takes me!

I’ve learned so much the past year and know there will be more adjustments and growth along the way. Life is all about growing, learning and becoming the best version of yourself while helping others. I’m a huge fan of personal development so that’s what I’ll continue to strive for as I make bigger goals and dream bigger dreams! And let’s be real, nothing makes you dream more than having a baby because your hopes and dreams for them translate into your own! He’s my daily motivation to carry on with intention and purpose– he may have started tiny, but he opened a floodgate!

There are a million other things I could say about this first year (and feel free to ask!), but I’m thrilled to say I’ve focused on the bright side, worked my ass off and know that House of Brazier was built to inspire— in whatever form that means! Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of my journey! 💛
